Public Restrooms
Handicap-accessible restrooms are located in the Kohl’s Court and in the Mall Office/Security Office corridor near Steve & Barry’s. Baby-changing tables are located in each restroom as well.

Strollers
Strollers are available in the Value City Court for $5 each with a $1 refund upon return.

Wheelchairs/Amigos
Wheelchairs and Amigos (motorized scooters) are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the Customer Service Desk.

Gift Cards

Mall Walker Programs
Join our free mall walker program, sponsored by St. John Hospital. Free monthly programs are available, such as blood pressure screenings, guest speakers, and bingo. The doors at the Mall Office/Security entrance open at 7am Monday-Saturday and 9am on Sunday for mall walkers.

Lost & Found
Lost & found items may be turned into the Customer Service Desk or the Security Office.

ATM Machine
ATM machines are located near Old Navy and Steve & Barry’s.

Public Telephones
Public telephones are available in several areas of the mall, including near Silver Cinemas, the Security Office, the Customer Service Desk, Olga’s Kitchen, and Jesse Extreme Rock & Roll.

Smoke-Free Environment
Macomb Mall is a smoke free environment except specially designated areas at National Coney Island and Honey Tree Restaurant.

Hours
General mall hours are 10am-9pm Monday – Saturday, and 11am-6pm Sunday. Hours for Sears, Kohl’s, Value City, Silver Cinemas, as well as mall holiday hours may vary.

Security Escorts
Our security officers are available to provide an escort to your vehicle if requested.

Jump Starts
For your convenience, we are able to assist with vehicle jump starts.

AED
Our Security Office has an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) available in an emergency situation.
